Reelm ("we", "us") operates the website reelm.co and provides short-form video editing services. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Information you give us via our contact / free-sample form: your email address and the link to the footage you choose to share.
Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: aggregate, anonymous usage data (e.g. page views) to improve the site. We do not use invasive tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you and produce and deliver your free sample edit.
To follow up about our services where you've asked us to.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your footage / content

Any footage link you share is used only to produce your sample. We store it securely and do not publish or share it publicly without your permission.
If we'd like to feature a finished edit in our portfolio, we will ask first (or honour any request to keep it private).

Third parties

Paid orders are handled through Fiverr, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
Our contact form and analytics may be processed by reputable service providers solely to deliver those functions.
